Give a tattoo

The voucher is used in full for one tattoo appointment at Spider Ink. Its value cannot be split between visits or carried forward. We discuss the design and price beforehand to help you make the most of your gift.

If your chosen tattoo costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the unused balance is not carried forward as credit or paid out in cash. This does not limit your statutory rights in the event of cancellation or non-performance.

Your voucher is valid for 6 months from confirmed payment. The expiry date appears on the voucher. Contact us in advance to arrange a consultation and an appointment within that period. Buying a voucher does not automatically reserve a date or a particular artist.

If we cannot offer a suitable appointment before expiry, contact us before that date so we can agree a solution.

You can give the voucher to someone else. The name and message personalise the gift. Choose studio collection or courier delivery. Studio collection is free. Econt delivery to an office or address is paid by the recipient at any voucher value; there is no free-delivery threshold. The delivery fee is paid separately to Econt on receipt and is not included in the online voucher payment. The courier's tariff applies to your chosen office or address.

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. If something unexpected happens, contact us as soon as possible. A missed appointment does not automatically forfeit the full voucher value.

Your voucher is activated after payment is confirmed. Keep your order confirmation and voucher code, and present them when booking and at your appointment. If you lose the voucher, contact us with your order details.

For an unused voucher purchased online, we provide a 14-day cancellation period from the conclusion of the contract. Send your order number and a clear cancellation request to studio@spider-ink.com. Where the right to cancel applies, the payment is refunded to the original payment method within the statutory period.

A personalised name or message does not, by itself, automatically remove your right to cancel. If you want the service to start during the cancellation period, the applicable consent and consequences will be discussed separately before it begins.
